Mr. Richard Obabio (Managing Partner)

Mr. Richard Obabio is the managing partner and founder of the firm, he obtained his law degree from the prestigious law faculty of the University of Ghana and a master degree from the same university . He was subsequently called to the Ghanaian Bar. Mr Richard Obabio has over 20 years experience as a private legal practitioner. In the course of his practice, he has among other assignments, participated and advised on a number of transactions including; a due diligence exercise on behalf of Government of Ghana in respect of some Ghanaian Companies in readiness for their strategic alliance with South East Asian Businesses; advisory services to clients in respect of various commercial transactions involving corporate finance law, secured credit , real estate and intellectual property matters and attendant rights.

Mr. Richard Obabio has also been actively involved in the firm’s dispute resolution practice and has conducted cases before various courts in Ghana.He is an avid reader and researcher on various legal topics and has authored papers covering topics in corporate governance, business models,intellectual property rights, collective admnistration and financial matters

Mr. Edmund Agyeman( Associate Partner)

Mr Edmund Agyeman is a Ghanian, born in Accra, Ghana in June 1969. A Graduate of the University of Ghana (LL.B Hons 1993) and the Ghana School of law (1995),was admitted to practice in Ghana as Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 1995.
Mr. Edmund Agyeman was called to the Ghana Bar in 1995. He is an associate partner of ANKAMAH, Kwabena Attefuah & Co. Prior to joing Richard Obabio & Co, he woked as solicitor for various firm in Ghana and outside the shores of Ghana

He specialized in Security and Industry Law; Law of Natural Resources; Law of Taxation; Commercial Law; Negotiation of Contracts and Insurance Claims.

Labour Issues and Industrial Relations involving both local and foreign companies, individuals and institutions; Intellectual Property; Trademark, Patent and Copyright Law; Law of Immovable Property and Litigation.

EdmundAgyeman has been associated with some of the highest profile corporate transactions in Ghana involving major national and international acquisitions and cross-border mergers.

Mrs. Rebeccah Otoo (Head Finance / Admin)

Mrs Rebeccah Otoo is a Ghanian, born in Accra-Ghana in 1975. A Graduate of the University of Ghana ( B.SC Admin 1999). She has worked for various institution in different capacities and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators (Ghana) .
Mrs. Rebeccah Otoo also has a Certificate in Management Procedure from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA)
